Welcome to Coinguide’s websites, herein after referred to as ‘Coinguide’. Access and use of this website is subject to these Terms of Use and Coinguides Privacy Policy. Coinguide, has the right at any time to change or modify the terms or conditions applicable to the use of our sites.  This site is owned and operated by coinguide which is a trading name of Freedom Wealth Advisers. Fees & Charges

All ATM customers must agree to our pricing and terms when using our machines and agree to our  fair use policy at all times, which limit trades to $9,950 per person per day and for the first month of registration.


Trade fee’s range from 8% – 10% BUY and 10% Sell fee and a fixed fee of $11 -$22 depending on the location, to cover  SMS costs and credit fee costs, compliance and marketing costs due to operating the Coinguide network. All users agree to our terms and fee schedule when transacting on our machines.  OTC Trade Pricing starts at 10% + a $22 Transaction Fee

Wallets / Addresses / Private Keys

Coinguide’s ATM services located at www.coinguideatm.com.au  suggests best practice wallets that customer may use. We however take no responsibility for errors due to SEND and RECEIVE addresses generated by customers using wallet apps. Issues relating to installation of hot wallet apps on smart phones, using incorrect coin addresses ; receive, send addresses, when transacting with a Coinguide ATM’s, which are provided by the customer(you) and scanned at our machine terminals. We will not be held responsible for user error or failure of smart phones, or for issues relating to hacks or virus that might interfere with transactions completed on Coinguide ATM’s.


Nothing in this website or our ATM terminals, is intended to be, or should be taken as, financial, legal, taxation or accounting advice. Customers should seek their own financial, legal, taxation or accounting advice before using coinguides ATM’s or any other services we provide.


You acknowledge and agree that:

Crypto coins like bitcoin are not recognised legal tender in Australia and other countries, at present.  Digital currency exchange and service providers are regulated by Austrac, www.austrac.gov.au  and crypto coins are subject to taxation as per the prevailing tax laws, administered by the Australian Tax Office ( A.T.O)


Crypto currencies are subject to extreme price volatility, hacking and user error.

Dealing in Coins carries a high level of risk, could result in a loss of all your invested funds and may not be suitable for all investors

You are responsible to protect your Coins, any wallet that you direct us to transfer Coins to, computer, bank account, address and personal data against any theft, fraud or illegal activity. All completed Instructions are irreversible, and you have had the opportunity to obtain independent legal, financial and taxation advice about the risks associated with buying and dealing Coins.


Before you are able to access the Services, Coinguide ATM may need to verify your identity (for example, by collecting your full name, current address, date of birth as evidenced on identity documents) and bank account details and bill proof verification, for OTC trades.


Coinguide ATM provides the following services:

(a) Buying Coins with Fiat

(b) Selling Coins to us in return for Australian dollars only


Buying Coins OTC

To buy Coins via our OTC desk for amounts over $10,000 AUD, you must first complete our OTC form, and specify the monetary value of Coins you wish to use to purchase Coins. In addition, Coinguide ATM may verify your bank account, wallet address and rates or bill invoice, before you are able to complete any OTC (over the counter ) trades via us.

After receiving your Instruction, Coinguide ATM will provide you with a Quote for the number of Coins that may be purchased for the Specified Fiat Amount. The Quote will be based on the current market price of the Coin at the time of request, you wish to purchase, after deducting any fees payable to Coinguide.

To proceed with the order, you must complete the

  • Transfer your funds into our nominated bank account
  • Allow 48 hours for clearing, trade and placement and transfer

Coinguide will complete the trade by transferring the purchased coins into your nominated wallet address, subject to KYC/AML checks stipulated above.


Under anti-money laundering and counter terrorism laws, any member who is a Politically Exposed person (PEP) must let us know their status before buying or selling crypto coins via Coinguide ATM’s.


Coinguide ATM will only collect Personal Information which is necessary to provide you with OTC services or a BTM transaction via our network of Bitcoin ATM machines. Coinguide ATM will collect and manage your Personal Information in accordance with our privacy policy.

Coinguide ATM will use reasonable precautions to maintain the security and confidentiality of your Personal Information and data. However, given such Personal Information and data is provided and stored on the Internet, you acknowledge and agree that Coinguide ATM cannot guarantee the security or confidentiality of your Personal Information and data.

You accept the risk of a third party receiving your Personal Information and data, and specifically release and indemnify Coinguide ATM from any claim arising out of a third party intercepting, accessing, monitoring or receiving any communication between you and Coinguide ATM.


You may subscribe to our newsletter, view our blog content or download a E-guide or E-report, to keep up to date with cryptocurrency news and our offerings. The information provided in our newsletter is not financial advice, and should not be regarded as such. Some of the information published will be our opinion, and other information may be news from other third parties. Coinguide and its sister websites, has no relation to coinguide bullion in the US.  Where you have clicked through to The Company via one of our affiliate websites, we may pay the affiliate a marketing fee for the introduction.
